The league leading Las Vegas Aces (28-3) take on the Los Angeles Sparks (12-18) in today's only matchup. Both teams are coming in on win streaks, but only one is going to continue it.
Los Angeles is on a 3-game winning streak and are 5-5 in their last 10 games. They aren’t a very good road team with a record of 4-10. Despite their win streak, the Sparks have struggled vs the Aces, losing all 3 games this season.
Sparks forward Nneka Ogwumike and guard Jordin Canada have played great basketball and carried this team. They are going to have to really show out to keep their team in this game.
The Aces are hot as usual and at the right time with us getting towards the end of the season. They're on a 4-game winning streak and are 9-1 in their last 10 games.
They are coming off a big win vs the Liberty after an embarrassing loss to them in the Commissioners Cup. They won the game by 13 points, and it was a revenge spot since they lost their last game vs the Liberty in blowout fashion.
The previous 3 games of the winning streak by 20 points or more. A’ja Wilson has been cooking on this streak, with 20+ points in all 4 games. One of the games was a 40 piece.
The Aces also have 3 key players alongside Wilson in Kelsey Plum, Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray. Plum and Young are each averaging just shy of 19 points per game each.
Gray leads the team in assists with 7 per game and also contributes 15.2 points per game. All 3 ladies average approximately 31.5 minutes per game as well.
Las Vegas will look to stay undefeated at home this season.

Los Angeles Sparks vs Las Vegas Aces Predictions and Picks
Pick: Las Vegas Aces -17.5 (-110)
The Aces have been nothing but completely dominant this season. They are better than the Sparks in every statistical category, but I don’t think you really needed me to tell you that.
A’ja Wilson should be expected to continue to cook out there. Plum, Young and Gray have all been such role players getting their points, boards and assists. Expect all 4 ladies of these ladies to lead this team to victory.
In the last 2 wins, they won by 19 points and by 28 points. The number seems high and can scare you off, but it’s right where it should be. The Aces should win this game by 20+ points. We’re covering all those points and we’re not scared of it.
Player Prop: A’ja Wilson O20.5 Points (-113)
A’ja has cleared this line in her last 4 games straight and in her last 8 out of 10 games. She was held to 9 points in the Commissioners Cup game and bounced right back with 21 points against the same team.
She is the focal point of this offense, and it revolves around her. She uses her size down low to get to the basket. She is averaging 21.2 points and 9.6 rebounds per game on 30.3 minutes.
The Sparks don’t have anyone to really hold her back either. Azura Stevens and Dearica Hamby will only be able to do so much to keep her from getting those points.
I think she eats plenty today vs the Sparks. She’s not the reigning MVP for no reason.
