After an uninspiring 1-4 SU start to the 2024 season, the Rams have quickly become one of the NFL’s hottest teams.

Sean McVay’s squad improved to 6-2 SU in its last eight outings with last week’s impressive 44-42 win over the Buffalo Bills. It was a dominant aerial performance from the Rams as Puka Nacua hauled in a whopping 12 balls for 162 receiving yards and a touchdown while Cooper Kupp posted an impressive 5-92-1 stat line. Los Angeles is now back on the road, where it’s 3-0 SU with a plus-6.3 average scoring margin in its last three away contests.

Meanwhile, the 49ers are heading into tonight’s TNF clash after snapping their skid with a 38-13 victory against the Chicago Bears in Week 14. Even though it was an impressive performance, it’s worth noting that the outing also marked the Bears’ seventh straight loss, leaving time to tell whether the 49ers won because they’re actually good or if it had more to do with their opponent’s issues.

Do the 49ers have what it takes to win consecutive games for the first time in over a month? 

When it comes to these franchises’ history, the recent results have favored the 49ers, who are 9-3 SU in their last 12 meetings with the Rams.
