See Picks & Statistics For The GameWeek 1 of the 2022 NFL season left football fans with many memorable moments. However, those are in the rearview mirror as Week 2 is set to begin in a few days. One of the games to look forward to is one of two Monday Night Football games as the Tennessee Titans travel to Highmark Stadium to face the Buffalo Bills.
After being seen as one of the top AFC teams this year, the Titans dropped their 2022 opener, 21-20, to the New York Giants. Despite boasting one of the top run-heavy offenses thanks to Derrick Henry, Tennessee generated just 93 rushing yards in its defeat.
The Bills, on the other hand, are feeling high after their massive 31-10 victory over the Los Angeles Rams to begin the year. Buffalo amassed 413 total yards of offense while holding the defending Super Bowl champs to just 243, leaving time to tell if Sean McDermott’s squad can recreate that performance.
Betting News has gathered the latest Titans vs. Bills odds from BetMGM to help shed some light on the situation, along with a prediction and best bets for the NFL Week 2 game.

Tennessee Titans vs. Buffalo Bills Prediction and Picks
Titans vs. Bills Prediction: Bills 33, Titans 17
Titans vs. Bills Picks: Bills -10 (Best Value: -110 at BetMGM) & Over 49.5 Points (Best Value: -108 at BetOnline Sportsbook)
The Titans and Bills’ last meeting occurred just last year, resulting in a 34-31 victory for the former. However, Tennessee’s squad looks quite different this year, decreasing its chances of replicating last season’s result.
For starters, a decent part of the Titans’ victory came from wideouts A.J. Brown and Julio Jones combining for 150 receiving yards on 10 catches. Those two are now gone, replaced by Robert Woods and rookie Treylon Burks.
Both Woods and Burks didn’t have much of an impact in their Titans debut last week, unfortunately. Considering how good Buffalo’s passing game looked against the Rams, the duo must step up to give their team a fighting chance.
Another reason why the Titans won last year came from Henry rushing for 143 yards and three touchdowns. Having said that, his performance came before he fractured his foot. While he appears to be healed, he only averaged 3.9 yards on 21 carries and had a fumble against the Giants.
Meanwhile, the Bills’ passing and rushing attacks looked great versus the Rams. Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis combined for 210 receiving yards and a pair of TDs on 12 receptions, while Buffalo’s backfield turned 25 carries into 121 yards and a score.
Buffalo’s defense could also prove to be a problem for Tennessee quarterback Ryan Tannehill. The Bills’ defenders tallied seven sacks and 15 QB hits against the Rams last week. If the Titans’ questionable offensive line can’t step up, it could be a long day at the office for Tannehill.
After what the Bills did to the Rams last week, I’m expecting another blowout against a Titans team that couldn’t even beat the Giants. Given that Buffalo is elite on both sides of the ball, I could see the Bills covering the 10-point spread — their biggest spread for a home opener in nearly 30 years.
As for the total, I’m taking the over at -110 odds on the 49.5-point total on BetOnline Sportsbook. The Rams have a better defense than the Titans, but the Bills still put up 31 points against them, so more points should be on the board.
The duo has also combined for the over in six of their last 10 meetings. With the Monday night spotlight on this game, I expect Buffalo and Tennessee to step up their game, leading to that trend continuing.
