See Picks & Statistics For The GameFootball Night in America is back on NBC, and we have an interesting matchup to say the least as the New York Jets travel to Sin City to take on the Las Vegas Raiders.
The 4-4 Jets are looking to bounce back following their 27-6 loss to the Chargers at home. Prior to that, New York had won 3 straight games, and were potentially looking to sneak their way into a Wild Card race.
Now the 4-5 Raiders are a brand new football team. They fired their coach, benched the QB they traded for, and beat the New York Giants 30-6 at home. Now they have the other team from New York coming to town, and spirits are finally high in the Las Vegas locker room.
Can Zach Wilson lead his team to an upset in Sin City? Or will the Raiders handle both New York football teams in consecutive weeks?
Let’s breakdown this game and figure out our best bets!

Free NFL Picks: Jets vs Raiders
To be bluntly honest, I am staying far away from a side or the total in this game. I do not feel like I have a solid edge either way, so I’ll stick with props in this one.
If I HAD to put coin down on a team today, I’d probably put it on the Raiders at home. Coming off a solid win, the scenes in the locker room following last Sunday’s victory were undeniable, and it’s clear the morale in the Las Vegas locker room are the highest they’ve been this year.
I lean with the home team, and also lean slightly with the over, but we know how PrimeTime overs have done historically.
Let’s get into the good stuff, the player props!
Free NFL Player Prop Bets: Jets vs Raiders
Josh Jacobs over 65.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
Jacobs has been dominating the ground game, especially at home.
He’s cleared 66 Rushing Yards in just 3/9 games this season, but he’s done so in 3 of his L5, including three straight home games. Plus, he finished with 61, 62, and 58 yards this season. The guy has been on a tear, and against a bad Jets rushing defense, he should have a great game.
The Jets defense ranks 32nd in rushing attempts and 30th in rushing yards, allowing more than 135 ground yards per game. Jacobs has seen 20+ rushes in his L3 home games, and has busted off a 15+ yard rush in each of those games as well.
In a game I expect the Raiders to be winning, I love Jacobs to get some extra touches and rack up some bulk yards tonight on Sunday Night Football.
