See Picks & Statistics For The GameIt’s Rivalry Week in Northeast Ohio. Jameis Winsotn and the Cleveland Browns are hosting Russell Wilson and the red hot Pittsburgh Steelers.
Both of these teams play in the same division, but that’s where the similarities end. The Steelers are 8-2, coming off a divisional win and still undefeated with Russ under center.
The Browns have had an abysmal season, going 2-8 and losing their starting quarterback for the year. It’s first place vs. last place this week; can the Browns pull off another upset for their home crowd?
Here are our best bets for the Steelers vs. Browns!

Steelers vs. Browns Analysis & Breakdown
Rivalry Week
The Browns and Steelers have faced off 142 times, dating back to 1950. The two cities are just over 2 hours apart, so over the years it’s become common for the road team fans to travel. These are the rivalries that quickly become the most entertaining of the bunch.
New faces, same bad blood.
The two teams represent the best of the AFC North and the worst. The Steelers have won 8 of their 10 games so far this year, going a perfect 4-0 with Russell Wilson. The Steelers are averaging 27.3 points per game with Russ, recording 9 total offensive touchdowns.
Last week the Steelers played in their first divisional game of the season, failing to score a touchdown but still coming away with the 18-16 win.
Jameis Winston has made 3 starts for the Cleveland Browns, he’s gone 1-2 and he’s played just one divisional game; against the Ravens. The Browns pulled off an unlikely upset in Week 10, shocking even their own fans.
Winston got the call back in Week 9 after Deshaun Watson went down late in the game against the Bengals. Since then, Winston has thrown 7 touchdowns, 3 interceptions, and he’s thrown for 300+ yards in 2 of his 3 starts.
This is just Winston’s second game against the division, as a member of the Cleveland Browns, and his first against this tough Steelers defense.
David Njoku o42.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
The Cleveland Browns are team that wants to pass the ball. Despite having Nick Chubb, one of the top running backs in football back on the field, the Browns continue to throw. On the season, the Browns have thrown the ball on 66% of their offensive plays, behind only the Dallas Cowboyws.
Even with the loss of their starting QB, the Browns continue to pass the ball. Cleveland’s called 50+ passing plays in 3 of their L4 games, with Winston throwing the ball an average of 44 times per game, he’s recorded 2 games of 300+ yards and he’s already thrown more touchdowns than DeShaun Watson.
With all the love for the pass attack, we’re going with the Browns top pass catcher; David Njoku. Njoku has seen 7+ targets in 5 straight games, averaging 8.8 targets, 6.8 receptions and 55.6 yards per game.
In 3 games with Winston starting, Njoku 5+ receptions in every game, hit this line in 2/3; with his most recent game being 9 receptions on 9 targets for 81 yards. He’s easily the Browns best receiver and one of Winston’s favorite targets.

George Pickens Anytime Touchdown (+220)
I wish I could find the stats to support it, but it feels like no one in the league has had more touchdowns called back than George Pickens. It feels like almost every week he finds a way into the end zone, only for it to be called back due to an offensive penalty.
Pickens has been great this year, even better with Russell Wilson under center. With Wilson, Pickens is averaging 91.3 receiving yards, 5.5 receptions, and 8.3 targets per game. He’s scored 2 touchdowns in 4 games, but he leads the team in redzone targets.
Pickens has 14 redzone targets on the year, with 7 of those coming over the last 4 weeks. Russell Wilson loves targeting his big bodied wideouts and it’s been clear over their first 4 games together.
The Browns have allowed 14 passing touchdowns on the season, 12 of those have come against wide receivers. Tonight we’re all big George Pickens fans.
