See Picks & Statistics For The GameAs Week 2 of the 2022 NFL season wraps up on Monday, some fans and bettors are already looking ahead to the Week 3 action. One of the upcoming matchups to make note of is a showdown between the Las Vegas Raiders and Tennessee Titans.
The Raiders dropped to 0-2 on the year following their 29-23 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals. It was a major collapse as Las Vegas led 20-0 at halftime, but could only produce a measly field goal for the remainder of the game. They’ll need a full 60-minute effort in Nashville.
Meanwhile, the Titans are also winless through two games after the Buffalo Bills handed them a massive 41-7 loss over the weekend. A solid portion of Tennessee’s starters were removed as soon as the game got out of hand, leaving time to tell if they’re ready for a bounce-back victory.
Betting News has gathered the latest Raiders vs Titans odds from BetOnline Sportsbook to help shed some light on the situation, along with a prediction and best bets for the NFL Week 3 game.

Raiders vs Titans Picks: Raiders -1.5 (Best Value: -110 at BetOnline) & Under 45.5 Points (Best Value: -110 at BetOnline)
There’s a lot riding on the line when the Raiders and Titans meet on Sunday. Both teams are 0-2, so another loss means that their playoff hopes could be in jeopardy. Having said that, I’m leaning towards Las Vegas winning this matchup.
The Titans have looked downright bad this year. Yes, they lost to a great Bills team last week, but Tennessee looks like a shell of its former self. One example is that, after having one of the best run games in recent years. the Titans are only generating 86.5 rushing yards per game (T-No. 24 in the NFL).
Meanwhile, the Raiders are only surrendering 109.5 rushing yards per game and while that’s only 16th-best in the league, it shows that Josh McDaniels’ squad stands a fighting chance against Derrick Henry.
Another thing to make note of is how the Titans offensive line is downright bad at this point. Now that offensive tackle Taylor Lewan could miss the rest of the season due to a knee injury, things might only get worse for the unit.
It also doesn’t help that Tennessee has only averaged 273 total offensive yards (No. 27) thus far. The Raiders might not have the best defense, but they should be fine as long as they don’t give the Titans any room to breathe.
Speaking of defense, Tennessee surrendered a whopping 313 passing yards to the Bills last weekend, so I expect to see Las Vegas’ pass-catchers getting a lot of work. Davante Adams is always a player to watch, especially considering how he has 298 receiving yards and three TDs in two career meetings against the Titans.
At the end of the day, this seems like the Raiders’ game to lose. After all, the Titans have been terrible on defense, their run game has taken a step back due to a lack of an offensive line and none of the pass-catchers has emerged as reliable targets for quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
Clearly, the Titans are still figuring out their identity while the Raiders have a better idea of who they are. If Las Vegas can get some early points on the board and consistently compete throughout the full 60 minutes, a win could be incoming.
I’ll take the Raiders covering the 1.5-point spread, as well as the total hitting under 45.5 points as the best bets. Both teams have consistently combined for the under in recent history, whereas Las Vegas is also 5-1 ATS in its last six home games against Tennessee.
