Daniel Collins’ Week 6 NFL Pick
Best Bet: Terry McLaurin o61.5 Receiving Yards (-115) BetOnline
Let’s go to the game of the week in the Battle of Maryland between the Commanders and the Ravens. Before the season started, many would have said this game would not be one worth tuning into but low and behold, this might be the cream of the crop for Week 6.
The 2 best offenses in the NFL go head to head and luckily for us, neither of these defenses are very good either.
So let’s make some money on it and look no further than WR 1 for the Manders, Scary Terry.
McLaurin has been awesome this season, leading the Commanders in targets, catches and yards. He has always been a stud but now that he has competent (and dare I say elite) QB play from Daniels, he is soaring.

This week, Terry gets a go at one of the worst pass defenses in football, as the Ravens are allowing the most pass yards in the NFL.
This is probably due to the Ravens having the best Rush D in the NFL so teams are HAVING to pass to move the ball. But they are and they are doing it WELL.
I expect a massive day from McLaurin, and will be laddering his yards to 100 for (+425) at BetOnline.
Nate Hornung’s NFL Week 6 Pick
Best Bet: Baker Mayfield Over 11.5 Rushing Yards (-114) BetOnline
Here we go again. It’s the same old song and dance, but until the books move this guy’s line north of 15, I’m going to continue to take it.
Baker’s cleared this line in 3/5 games this year, including a game where he ended with 10 yards. He’s running for 6 yards per carry, and New Orleans struggles to contain the QB.
- Bryce Young: 4 carries for 12 yards, TD
- Dak Prescott: 2 carries for 12 yards
- Jalen Hurts: 8 carries for 25 yards
- Kirk Cousins: That dude ain’t running
- Patrick Mahomes: 6 carries for 22 yards
As I’ve said before, Mayfield is a hard nosed, old school football player. He gets the job done however his team needs, and more times that not, that includes using his legs to extend a drive or two. Like I said, I would play this up to 15, as he is coming off a game with 42 yards on just 6 carries. He has a 10+ yard rush in every single game with a carry this year, and I am determined to singlehandedly get the books to move this line (or we keep cashing).

Colby Marchio’s NFL Week 6 Pick
Best Bet: Saints (+3.5) BetOnline
It’s Week 6, and to be honest, the write-ups haven’t been great lately, especially with this week’s slate of games looking weak. There are only a few matchups worth watching, and we’ve seen a lot of lackluster quarterback play. Even the game I’m about to discuss feels like a stretch, but as they say, follow your heart.
This week, I’m backing the Saints, especially with the news that former Oklahoma and South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler will be starting due to Derek Carr being ruled out.
This situation illustrates what I refer to as the “Injury Theory.” When a key player is out, many bettors often rush to back the opposing team, assuming they’re getting good value. As a result, the line tends to shift in favor of the team without that player.
Furthermore, the Saints are likely to experience a morale boost, motivating them to step up in Carr’s absence, which could lead to them covering the spread or even winning outright.
It’s also worth noting that this is a divisional game, and these teams typically keep it tight and competitive. I’m leaning toward the Saints in this matchup, but I plan to wait until Sunday to see how the line moves. Stay updated on my Twitter/X for all my plays @C_Marchio2.
Varun Sharma’s NFL Week 6 Pick
Best Bet: Josh Jacobs o66.5 Rushing Yards (-114) BetOnline
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Josh Jacobs has filled our pockets so far this year and we’re going right back to him against the Cardinals.
Last week in Jordan Love’s 2nd game back from injury and the Packers ran the ball 30 times; 25 of those carries went to the team’s running backs and 19 of those carries went to Jacobs.
It was Love’s lowest number of pass attempts this year, his lowest number of passing yards and it came against a bottom ranked Rams’ pass defense. Matt LaFleur’s offense depends on the run game, it opens up everything else for this Packers’ team.
This year the Packers’ rank yards per carry, 5.2 YPC; they rank 3rd in rush yards per game and 5th in rushing attempts per game.
Jacobs has been great in his first year with the Packers, averaging 18 carries per game, 80.4 yards per game and he finally got into the endzone last week. He saw a 75% snap share last week in LA and this week the Packers are coming home.
Arizona’s ranked near the bottom in rush yards allowed to running backs; giving up 122.4 yards per game to opposing running backs and allowing 147.8 rush yards per game, overall.
The Cardinals are giving up 5.2 yards per carry over their last 3 games and now face the most dynamic running back they’ve faced all year.
Brad Blakemore’s NFL Week 6 Pick
Best Bet: Baker Mayfield o1.5 Passing Touchdowns (+102) BetOnline
“Baker’s going to spank New Orleans and the Buccaneers offense is hotter than an Arizona Summer right now.” – Brad Blakemore
This was a direct quote from our own, Brad Blakemore, also known as Gretzky Betzky. Sometimes you just don’t need to overthink it.
