The 2023 NFL season has reached its final stretch with only four weeks remaining on the schedule. It’s also the first time in a long time that there aren’t any teams on bye, meaning the Week 15 slate is loaded with betting opportunities and chances to win big.

The upcoming schedule has a bit of everything, including three matchups on Saturday! Needless to say, it’s never been a better time to be an NFL fan and bettor.

There’s a lot of football to get through this week, so let’s cut the small talk and dive into my NFL Week 15 predictions and best bets.

Chargers vs Raiders Odds & Prediction

These AFC West rivals previously met at SoFi Stadium back in Week 4. The Chargers picked up a 24-17 victory that day as they led by 17 points at halftime and didn’t look back for the remainder of the game.

Having said that, I don’t see the Chargers sweeping the season series after losing QB Justin Herbert to injury last week. The offense didn’t look right with backup Easton Stick under center, finishing with an underwhelming 4.2 yards per play.

Considering how the Chargers’ averaged 7.7 points in their last three games while the Raiders averaged 11.5 in their previous four, I’m going with the Under on the 38.5-point total as the best bet here.

NFL Week 15 Saturday Predictions

Vikings vs Bengals Odds & Prediction

• Record: Minnesota Vikings (7-6) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (7-6)

• Location: Paycor Stadium (Cincinnati, OH)
• Spread: Vikings +3.5 (-110) | Bengals -3.5 (-110)

The Vikings must face adversity after losing star WR Justin Jefferson and No. 1 RB Alexander Mattison to injuries in last week’s 3-0 win over the Raiders. On the flip side, the Bengals are winners of back-to-back outings, leaving time to tell if they can earn their third win in a row.

Taking the Vikings’ injuries and the fact that QB Josh Dobbs was benched last week into account, I’m going with a Bengals home victory. Cincinnati’s offense has turned things around in Joe Burrow’s absence, tallying 34 points in consecutive games for the first time this season.

As for the best bet, let’s take Cincinnati on the spread. The Bengals are 6-3 ATS in their last nine games and have covered the spread in eight straight December matchups. Additionally, they own a plus-3.5 average scoring margin in their last six home games.

Steelers vs Colts Odds & Prediction

Here’s a matchup between two win-hungry teams in the AFC playoff hunt. Having said that, the Steelers are struggling with a 1-3 record in their last four games, falling 21-18 to the New England Patriots last week. Meanwhile, the Colts aim to return to the win column after a 34-14 loss to the Bengals snapped their win streak at four games.

The Colts didn’t look too hot last week, but I could see them bouncing back against the vulnerable Steelers. After all, this is the same Pittsburgh team that’s coming off back-to-back losses to New England and Arizona — two of the worst teams in the entire league.

Regardless of who winds up winning, I expect a high-scoring affair. Lucas Oil Stadium has been offense-friendly throughout the season, seeing an average total of 55.3 points scored across six games. Even if the Steelers’ offense isn’t exactly clicking, surpassing 42 points won’t be hard for these teams.

Steelers vs Colts Prediction: IND wins

Broncos vs Lions Odds & Prediction

• Location: Ford Field (Detroit, MI)
• Spread: Broncos +4.5 (-110) | Lions -4.5 (-110)

After a 1-5 start to the campaign, the Broncos are surging with a 6-1 record in their last seven games. The Lions, on the other side, have struggled to find consistency in recent weeks, losing two of their last three outings.

I know that the Lions are capable of playing better, but they haven’t exactly played with confidence lately. I’m having an even tougher time getting behind them considering that they were held off the scoresheet outside of the second quarter of last week’s 28-13 loss to the lowly Chicago Bears. Besides, I really like the complete performances that the Broncos have displayed during their run.

Even if Detroit wins, I expect the visitors to keep things closer than oddsmakers imply. After all, the Broncos have covered the spread in five of their last seven games, whereas the Lions are 1-3 ATS in their four most recent outings.

NFL Week 15 Predictions & Odds: Early Sunday

Bears vs Browns Odds & Prediction

• Record: Chicago Bears (5-8) vs. Cleveland Browns (8-5)

• Spread: Bears +3 (+107) | Browns -3 (-127)

The Bears have won back-to-back games, but I’m not buying into their hype in this matchup. The Browns are coming off a hard-fought win over the Jaguars and are 6-1 SU at home so far this season, outscoring the visitors by an average of 8.0 points.

For reference, Chicago is 2-5 SU with a minus-6.9 average scoring margin on the road.

I wouldn’t overthink things at all when it comes to this game. The Browns are more than capable of winning this one by more than a field goal, especially if the Bears continue to be mistake-prone on the road (2.0 turnovers per road game, T-27th).

Buccaneers vs Packers Odds & Prediction

The Buccaneers have been beating up on their NFC South rivals to turn things around, coming off back-to-back wins over the Panthers and Falcons. Meanwhile, the Packers are scrambling to rebound from a 24-22 loss to the New York Giants on Monday Night Football.

Even though their latest outing left much to be desired, I’m going with the Packers in Week 15. It wasn’t that long ago that they beat both the Chiefs and Lions, so I do have faith that Matt LaFleur can get his players back on track.

I will take a neutral bet, though, by going with the Over on the 42-point total. Green Bay’s last five games saw an average of 45.6 points scored while Tampa Bay’s last four saw a 45.3 PPG clip. In other words, surpassing 42 points won’t be an issue.

Buccaneers vs Packers Prediction: GB wins

Texans vs Titans Odds & Prediction

• Record: Houston Texans (7-6) vs. Tennessee Titans (5-8)

The Texans were embarrassed by the Jets in Week 14, falling 30-6 as both QB C.J. Stroud and WR Nico Collins left the game with injuries. The Titans, meanwhile, shocked the football world with a 28-27 comeback win over the Dolphins despite trailing by 14 points with four minutes to go.

Houston has shown a lot of promise this season, but it’s hard trusting the Texans if they’re going to be without their top playmakers. Additionally, the Titans have won five of the last seven chapters of this AFC rivalry, further putting the visitors at the base of an uphill battle.

Let’s take the Titans on the spread and move on.

Texans vs Titans Prediction: TEN wins

Jets vs Dolphins Odds & Prediction

• Record: New York Jets (5-8) vs. Miami Dolphins (9-4)
• Time: 1 p.m. ET
• Location: Hard Rock Stadium — Miami Gardens, FL
• Spread: Jets +9 (-107) | Dolphins -9 (-113)

QB Zach Wilson’s 301-yard, two-TD performance was enough to lead the Jets to a much-needed 30-6 win over the Texans last week. The Dolphins, unfortunately, saw their three-game winning streak end with a 28-27 loss to the Titans.

Even though the Jets looked good last week, it had a lot to do with the Texans losing Stroud and Collins. It’s important to remember that it was only two weeks ago when New York fell 34-13 to Miami at home, surrendering 395 total yards across 11 drives.

With the Dolphins having the home-field advantage this time around, I expect them to make an example out of their AFC East rivals. It also helps that Mike McDaniel’s team has covered the spread in nine of the last 11 clashes with the Jets.

Jets vs Dolphins Prediction: MIA wins

Best Jets vs Dolphins Bet: MIA -9 (-113)

Chiefs vs Patriots Odds & Prediction

• Record: Kansas City Chiefs (8-5) vs. New England Patriots (3-10)
• Time: 1 p.m. ET
• Location: Gillette Stadium — Foxboro, MA
• Spread: Chiefs -9.5 (-105) | Patriots +9.5 (-115)
• Total: OVER 37.5 (-110) | UNDER 37.5 (-110)
• Moneyline: Chiefs (-475) | Patriots (+385)

I won’t spend too much time on this match. The Chiefs — one of the Super Bowl favorites — are hungry to make a statement after back-to-back losses. Fortunately for them, they get the Patriots, who are one of the NFL’s worst teams and have dropped six of seven home games thus far.

Throw in the fact that the Pats are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 home games and I’m even more confident in a Chiefs blowout win come Sunday.

Chiefs vs Patriots Prediction: KC wins

Giants vs Saints Odds & Prediction

• Record: New York Giants (5-8) vs. New Orleans Saints (6-7)
• Time: 1 p.m. ET
• Location: Caesars Superdome — New Orleans, LA
• Spread: Giants +4.5 (-110) | Saints -4.5 (-110)
• Total: OVER 37 (-110) | UNDER 37 (-110)
• Moneyline: Giants (+180) | Saints (-210)

Tommy DeVito-Mania is running wild as the Giants have now won three straight games with the rookie QB under center. They’ll face a tough test in the form of the Saints, who are feeling more confident after snapping a three-game skid with last week’s 28-6 blowout over the Panthers.

When it comes to the game’s outcome, I could see the Giants pulling off the upset. They’re experiencing a new lease on life with DeVito in the fold and I wouldn’t be shocked if they used that momentum to defeat the Saints, who are banged up at the moment.

With that being said, I recommend backing the Over here, too. Three of the Giants’ last four games went over 37 points while six of the Saints’ last seven did the same. Additionally, five of the last seven New York-New Orleans tilts surpassed their projected total.

Falcons vs Panthers Odds & Prediction

• Record: Atlanta Falcons (6-7) vs. Carolina Panthers (1-12)
• Time: 1 p.m. ET
• Location: Bank of America Stadium — Charlotte, NC
• Spread: Falcons -3 (-113) | Panthers +3 (-107)
• Total: OVER 35 (-105) | UNDER 35 (-115)
• Moneyline: Falcons (-165) | Panthers (+145)

The Falcons already got the better of the Panthers earlier this season, notching a 24-10 victory at home back in Week 1. The outcome wasn’t anything new, though, considering that Atlanta is now 12-4 SU (11-5 ATS) in its last 16 encounters with Carolina.

I’m keeping things simple by taking the Falcons to cover the spread. On top of going 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games as the underdog, the Panthers have also lost six straight games by an average of 12 points. I just don’t see the final outcome being a close one.

The Commanders are reeling at this point in the campaign, losing their fourth straight game in the form of a 45-15 loss to the Dolphins in Week 13. On the flip side, the Rams have the opportunity to improve to 4-1 SU in their last five outings with a win on Sunday.

I don’t see an upset happening at SoFi Stadium. The Commanders have played horribly, allowing a 37.5 PPG clip with a minus-20.0 average scoring margin in their last four games. Considering how the Rams have scored 30-plus points in each of their three previous outings, expect the home team to win by more than a touchdown.

49ers vs Cardinals Odds & Prediction

• Record: San Francisco 49ers (10-3) vs. Arizona Cardinals (3-10)

Again, I doubt we’ll see an upset in this NFC West showdown. The 49ers are too good and must continue winning if they hope to be the NFC’s No. 1 seed once the playoffs arrive. But can they cover the 13.5-point spread? I’m saying yes.

After all, the 49ers defeated the Cardinals by 19 points back in Week 4. San Francisco is now on a five-game winning streak that saw the team outscore its opponents by an average of 19.4 points, earning each of those victories by at least 12.

Cowboys vs Bills Odds & Prediction

The Cowboys are red-hot at the right time, improving to 5-0 SU in their last five games with a massive 33-13 win over the Eagles last week. Time will tell if they can keep the good times rolling against the struggling Bills, who’ve dropped four of their last six games.

The odds might be in the home team’s favor, but I’m picking the Cowboys to win. Dallas has done a great job at shutting up the doubters during its run, whereas Buffalo likely would’ve lost again in Week 14 had it not been for Kadarius Toney’s untimely offside mistake.

In fact, I’m feeling confident enough to back the Cowboys outright at Highmark Stadium.

NFL Week 15 Sunday Night Football Predictions

Ravens vs Jaguars Odds & Prediction

Ravens vs Jaguars Odds & Prediction

• Record: Baltimore Ravens (10-3) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (8-5)

The Ravens have been near-unstoppable ahead of the Week 15 SNF game, having won seven of their last eight outings with the sole loss only coming by two points. The same can’t be said for the Jaguars, who’ve now lost three of their last four games — including the last two.

While I expect the Ravens to prevail on the road, don’t be surprised if this game becomes a shootout. For starters, five of Baltimore’s last seven games went over 43.5 points while each of Jacksonville’s most recent for did so as well.

With each side boasting a top-10 offense on the year, taking the Over on the 43.5-point total is a no-brainer.

NFL Week 15 Monday Night Football Predictions

Eagles vs Seahawks Odds & Prediction

• Record: Philadelphia Eagles (10-3) vs. Seattle Seahawks (6-7)

The Eagles haven’t looked like their usual selves over the last few weeks, losing back-to-back games while being outscored 75-32 on aggregate. Fortunately for them, the Seahawks are also struggling in the form of a four-game losing streak.

The Eagles are better than their recent results imply, so they’re my pick to win. I’m staying away from the spread and moneyline for the best bet, though. Instead, let’s roll with the Over again. After all, both defenses are struggling. Philly allowed 36.3 PPG in its last three outings while Seattle surrendered 33.3 PPG during that same stretch.

Assuming that not much has changed since then, expect plenty of fireworks at Lumen Field come Monday.
