Daniel Collins’ Week 13 NFL Pick
Tony Pollard o64.5 Rush Yards (-110) BetOnline
Back to my early season wagon we go.
I bet on Tony Pollard ALOT to start the season and he cashed me out multiple weeks in a row. Well, let’s go straight back to him in a fantastic matchup.
Now, you are going to read shortly why the Titans may not get the job done in this game against the Commanders in Washington (thanks Nate), BUT I love the Titans running back to do plenty of damage on the ground against this poor Commanders rushing defense.
The Commanders are 29th in the NFL (4rd worst), allowing over 145 yards/game on the ground and 31st (2nd worst), allowing over 121 yards per game on the ground to running backs.
In short, they have been getting gashed on the ground.
Now, I know you may not know this but Tony Pollard has sneakily been really good for the Titans this season and a top 10 running back in the NFL, in many major metrics.
I mean this is just absolutely remarkable by Tony Pollard. #TitanUp pic.twitter.com/kp3AM153Vc

The Titans will come into this game, on the road, and look to establish the run early and often. I expect a busy day for Pollard on the ground, and with the matchup, that should lead to plenty of success.
Nate Hornung’s Week 13 NFL Pick
Best Bet: Commanders -6 (-105) Bovada
I’ll admit, this is strictly a situational bet for me. But the opportunity for the Commanders in this spot is too huge to pass up.
Washington started off the season 7-2, winning all four games at home, only losing to Tampa Bay and Baltimore on the road, both of whom are fighting for the top of their division. But since then, they’ve fallen off. Washington has lost 3 straight games, two of them at home, and just lost RB Austin Ekeler for the remainder of the season.
However, they are still at least a touchdown better than this Titans team.
Tennessee is coming off their Super Bowl win. They upset their division leading rival on the road, scoring 32 points, the most they’ve put up this season. But let’s look at the Titans as a whole. They’re other two wins are against a Tyler Huntley led Dolphins team, and against the Patriots. Tennessee has put up 21+ points just two times this season, scoring 32, 20, and 31 in their three wins.
The Commanders are 5th in the NFL in scoring offense, putting up 28 points per game this season. I have no problem laying the 6 in this spot, as this is the perfect “get right spot” for this team going into the bye week.
Colby Marchio’s Week 13 NFL Pick
Best Bet: Los Angeles Rams -2.5 (-115) BetOnline
Los Angeles is coming off a tough 37-20 home loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Now, they hit the road to take on the Saints in the Big Easy—a team that’s been riding high since firing head coach Dennis Allen three weeks ago following a loss to the Panthers. Since then, New Orleans has won two straight as underdogs, taking down the Falcons and Browns. However, I expect this morale boost to be short-lived, and the Saints’ winning streak to come crashing down against the Rams this weekend.
If the Browns are closing as short favorites over the Saints, and the Rams are in a similar spot, it’s hard not to side with Los Angeles. The Rams have a far superior offense and overall roster compared to Cleveland, making them my top play of the weekend. Full transparency, I took the Rams moneyline Monday morning at -122, but I fully endorse the Rams at -2.5. I believe they’ll easily cover the spread and cruise past the Saints on Sunday in New Orleans.
Varun Sharma’s Week 13 NFL Pick
Best Bet: Trey McBride o59.5 Receiving Yards (-108)
We might be seeing a changing of the guard at the Tight End position. These young TEs have looked great this season and we’ve got a plethora of new names taking their turns in the spotlight. This week we’re here to talk about the a guy that really popped onto the scene last year, Trey McBride.
Last year, in his first year as a full time starter, McBridge led the team in targets, receptions, receiving yards and was tied for 2nd in receiving touchdowns. He was great and he did it all with two different starting QBs.
This year, in 13 weeks with Kyler Murray; McBride is averaging 8 targets/game, 6.1 receptions/game and 68.5 receiving yards per game. He once again leads all Cardinals receivers in targets, yards, receptions and has yet to score a touchdown this year.
This week, against a Vikings defense that blitzes heavy, but also gives up a huge amount yards through the air; look for McBride to once again have a big day. Minnesota ranks 28th in pass yards allowed, but just 13th in yards allowed ti TEs. This has more to do with their opponents than the defensive schemes.
Tight End University
The Vikes have faced 4 TEs that are heavily involved in the offense; George Kittle, Tyler Conklin, Evan Engram and Cole Kmet. Those 4 guys combined for 26 catches, over 230 receiving yards and one touchdown.
With the different types of blitz packages we see from the Vikings and their defensive co-ordinator Brian Flores, Murray’s going to need a release valve. Trey McBride has been exactly that for Murray this year.
McBride’s seeing a 26% target share on the year and his average depth of target is sitting just over 7 yards per target. Most of his catches are coming right around the line of scrimmage and McBride’s breaking tackles. He ranks 3rd, among TEs, in yards after contact and 4th in yards after catch.
He’s been Mr. Reliable for the Cardinals this season, so if they hope to steal a win on the road this week, it begins with Trey McBride.

Sukh Brar’s Week 13 NFL Pick
Baker Mayfield o1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-130) BetOnline
Mr. Mayfield was held without a passing TD for the first time in the 2024 NFL season. Last week against the Giants the Buccaneers were incredibly dominant on the ground.
While the Panthers have been having fun and making noise for the last 3 weeks, they are still a rebuilding team, and very poor statistically on the defensive end. I expect Baker goes back to the air. These two teams will play twice to close out the season. Tampa needs both W’s badly. Baker has hit this 2 TD line in 7 of 11 games this season.
