We’re officially halfway through the NFL Season and we’ve only got so many more touchdowns to bet this year. Don’t get sad, be excited because we’ve got another 9 weeks of touchdowns to bet.
Let’s jump right into my favorites this week.
Here are our best touchdown scorers in Week 9!
Brock Bowers Anytime Touchdown (+240) via BetOnline – Get a $500 WELCOME BONUS
Last week, on National Tight End Day, Brock Bowers was one of the few starting tight ends to not get into the endzone. He caught all 5 of his targets for just 58 yards, but was held relatively in check against a tough Kansas City defense.
This week, Bowers lines up against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have given up 4 touchdowns this year to tight ends (29th) and rank 26th in yards given up to the position. It’s been a place this Bengals team has struggled.
Bowers has recorded 8 or more targets in 5 of the 8 games so far this year, and he’s currently tied with Jakobi Meyers for most red zone targets on this Raiders team. He averaged over 80 receiving yards per game on the road this year and his lone touchdown also came on the road.
The Bengals rank 21st in passing yards allowed on the season and are giving up 25.6 points per game. It’s been a struggle for their defense to keep the opposition out of the endzone, so even with Minshew getting the start, I love Bowers to get in for six this week.

David Njoku Anytime Touchdown (+229) via BetOnline
With just two weeks of Jameis Winston under center, David Njoku has been stuffing the stat sheet. Through two weeks he’s recorded 21 targets, 15 catches for 137 yards and 2 touchdowns. Head Coach, Kevin Stefanski has made it clear, he’s going to continue to air it out.
Last week the Browns threw the ball 41 times, with Winston recording 334 passings yards, 3 touchdowns and a 67% completion rate. Njoku has been Winston’s favorite target when they get down into the redzone. He leads the team in redzone targets with Winston under center.
The Chargers have been good this year, but haven’t really been tested. Their toughest opponent this year was a beat up Kansas City offense that recorded just 20 points.
Last week the Browns recorded a season-high 29 points, a season-high in passing yards and their offense looked the best it’s looked in more than two seasons. Winson has this offense firing and with him under center, I love Njoku to continue his streak of getting into the endzone.

Cooper Kupp Anytime Touchdown (+120) via BetOnline
There is no one Matt Stafford trusts more when they get into the redzone, it’s always going to be Cooper Kupp. Last week Kupp caught just 5 balls for 51 yards, with his counter-part Puka Nacua going nuclear; 7 catches for 106 yards.
In a tough fought games against a Vikings defense that has given opposing teams fits, he still managed to get into the endzone. Both Puka and Kupp have missed time this year, each playing in just 2 and 3 games respectively.
Despite playing in just 3 games, Kupp still leads the team in redzone catches and is tied for 1st in redzone targets. When the Rams get down to the 20-yard line, it’s Cooper Kupp they’re looking for.
That and the fact that Kupp grew up in Washington, just 2 hours from Seattle. It just feels right.
