See Picks & Statistics For The GameThe NFL is giving us a standalone game the day after Thanksgiving with an AFC West showdown at Arrowhead as the Kansas City Chiefs host the Las Vegas Raiders. Spoiling the holidays is not something new for this Las Vegas team, who upset the Chiefs last time they were in this stadium on Christmas. Will they be able to do so again this week?
The Chiefs are 10-1 and despite losing to Buffalo, they rallied to squeeze out a tough win against the Panthers. The offense was finally clicking, putting up 30 points for just the 2nd time this season, but it was also against Carolina, who scored 27 of their own. The defense will certainly need to adjust going forward, but against Aiden O’Connell and the Raiders, it might be a “tune up” game.
The Raiders lost Gardner Minshew for the foreseeable future, meaning O’Connell is once again a starting quarterback in the NFL. Las Vegas is nursing plenty of other injuries as well, with both RBs Alexander Mattison and Zamir White listed as questionable, as well as WR Tre Tucker. Defensively, they will be missing DBs Nate Hobbs and Jakorian Bennett.
Can Las Vegas rally to a huge upset on the road? Or will the Chiefs bring the hammer down on a team that got the best of them last time out on their home turf?

Will Raiders Spoil Holidays in Arrowhead?
The 2-9 Raiders come to Kansas City with very little to play for. I don’t think they’ve been statistically eliminated from the playoffs, but it sure feels that way after losing 7 straight games. Las Vegas led the Chiefs 10-7 until the 2 minute warning before halftime, losing by just a touchdown. Things will be different on the road.
After losing to Buffalo and barely beating Carolina, I see Andy Reid kicking the rear ends of the Chiefs. They can’t keep getting away with these rinky-dink wins, eventually the luck will not be on their side. Reid should fire up Mahomes and the rest of the veterans in order to rally the troops for a statement win this weekend.
Sure it’s a short week, but their isn’t a coach I’d rather want with minimal preparation than Andy Reid, and I see him exploiting the Raiders with some trickery on Friday. With the idea of a returning Isaiah Pacheco as well, things are looking bright for a 9-1 Chiefs team that has yet to play their best football this year.

We are getting in and out backing this Chiefs offense this week. Last time at Arrowhead, the Chiefs only score 14 points total. They will certainly be coming with a vengeance this time on the field. Shop around as always, as there is a juicy 13.5 out there which I would recommend.
The Chiefs scored three times for 17 points against the Raiders in the first half in Las Vegas. However, 10 of those points came in the final 2 minutes of the half. At home, I see them coming out very hot against a defense that struggles to slow teams down.
The Raiders rank 29th in the NFL, allowing over 28.5 points per game and 34.7 over the past 3 weeks. They rank 30th in Red Zone trips allowed per game, giving up 3.8 to opponents and 4.3 in recent weeks. Not only do they let their opponent get inside the RZ, they fail to stop them, allowing a TD on nearly 65% of red zone trips.
This is a “revenge” game for the Chiefs who lost to Las Vegas the last time they were in Kansas City. I don’t see them letting that happen again. Kansas City has score double digits first half points in 7 straight games, scoring 13.1 points per 1H this season and 14.7 over the past few games. Give me Kansas City to finally start hot against the Raiders on Friday.
