The Sunday Night Football matchup in Week 4 sees Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Bucs host Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of Super Bowl LV.
When these two last met, it was also at Raymond James Stadium, but the stakes were just a bit higher than they are tonight. That night, the Bucs befuddled and battered Mahomes and the favored Chiefs, who were kept out of the end zone in the Bucs’ 31-9 win in Super Bowl LV.
In this matchup, Brady, Mahomes, and their teams will be looking to bounce back after losing for the first time this season.
Last week, the Chiefs mastered their own demise in a 20-17 loss in Indianapolis. They should have comfortably put away the Colts, but instead did themselves in with two turnovers, an unsuccessful fake field goal, a missed field goal, and a pretty substandard offensive performance.
The Bucs, meanwhile, overcame a rough day offensively and give themselves a chance to tie the Packers late, but a two-point try that would have tied the game was unsuccessful, and they fell 14-12 at home to Green Bay.
How will tonight’s matchup play out? Our Chiefs vs. Bucs prediction favors Brady and the Bucs to eke out a close win, but here, we are taking a look at the prop bets that you should be on tonight.

Chiefs vs. Bucs Sunday Night Football Prop Bets
Kansas City Chiefs: Travis Kelce over 6.5 catches (+108) & over 68.5 receiving yards (-110)
After going for eight catches, 121 yards, and a touchdown in the season-opening win rout of the Arizona Cardinals, Kelce had nine catches for 109 yards and a touchdown combined against the Chargers and Colts.
Against Indianapolis, Kelce got into the end zone in the first quarter but had only four catches (on eight targets) for 58 yards and caught only one pass in the final three quarters.
It is pretty rare to see Kelce have more than a couple of quiet games in a row, and I expect Mahomes to target and connect with him several times tonight.
Tampa Bay Bucs: Tom Brady over 263.5 passing yards (-110)
It is rare to see Brady go three or more games without a 300-yard game, but that is what has happened to start this season.
Will that dry spell continue tonight? He didn’t throw for 300 or more yards in his first three games with the Bucs, but since then, he had not gone more than two games without a 300-yard game until last week.
However, he did throw for a season-high 271 yards against the Packers, and his total for this week is below that number. This is a very reachable number for Brady, and I like him to reach it win or lose.
