Buccaneers vs. Colts Preseason Betting: Can Tampa Avoid More Injuries on the Offensive Line?

Tampa Bay and Indianapolis will conclude their preseason against each other on Saturday, August 27 at 7:30 p.m. in Indianapolis. Both teams are winless in their first two preseason games, so something has to give.
The biggest issues have been for Tampa Bay and their offensive line. Starters seem to be dropping like flies due to free agency and injuries. Tom Brady is expected to start the game on Saturday, but I don’t see him playing more than the first quarter.
The Colts have the edge in the odds for the preseason finale, and it will be interesting to see which starters actually play for Indianapolis. They are true contenders in the AFC with Matt Ryan at quarterback, so don’t expect to see him much.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Indianapolis Colts Prediction and Picks
Buccaneers vs. Colts Prediction: Colts 24, Buccaneers 17
Buccaneers vs. Colts Picks: Colts -4 (-110 at BetOnline)
The trends are not conclusive enough for me to bet on the Over/Under in this game. I believe the Under will ultimately hit around 40 or 41 total points, but it is too close to the set range to make a move.
Instead, I would focus your efforts on the spread. Both teams have good value, but I will take the Colts to win by more than 4. Tampa’s offensive line is banged up, and they will need to. play lower level guys to help protect their main guys.
Tom Brady won’t play much in this game. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him play. one series and then get the heck off the field. The worst thing that could happen to the Bucs is losing Tom Brady in the preseason.
The Colts have the edge, as they will not be going up against the best first-team passing offense in the NFL. Indianapolis can focus on what they need to do on offense without getting into a hole on the scoreboard.
