The Bengals head into Week 5 following a 19-16 victory over the LA Rams that saw WR Ja’Marr Chase lead the charge with a game-high 141 receiving yards. Meanwhile, the Titans left much to be desired in last week’s 27-3 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
Can Cincinnati win back-to-back outings for the first time this season? Or will Tennessee put its latest loss in the rearview en route to victory?
This Bengals vs. Titans betting preview attempts to answer those questions and more. Keep reading to find out the latest NFL game odds, as well as my prediction and best bets for the upcoming AFC collision.

Bengals vs Titans Week 4 Preview
It’s beginning to become harder and harder to trust the Titans this season — especially on offense.
Last week’s performance against the Browns was nothing short of embarrassing. On top of only scoring one field goal, the Titans only generated 94 total yards on 45 plays while going 2-of-12 on third downs and 0-2 in the red zone.
The Titans are supposed to be a run-first team, but they’re hardly using Derrick Henry. The veteran rusher went from 21.8 carries per game in 2022 to 17.0 this season — his lowest mark since 2018.
The lack of run success has led to Tennessee averaging just 90.3 rushing yards per game (tied for 9th-fewest). When the run game isn’t going, it isn’t exactly like the Titans can lean on Ryan Tannehill for support.
The 35-year-old QB has been dreadful, playing to a 67.7 passer rate while averaging just 182.7 passing yards with only one TD pass thrown this season.
Meanwhile, the Bengals are coming off their best defensive showing of the season. Not only did they hold the Rams to 16 points, but Cincinnati also capped LA at 71 rushing yards while forcing QB Matt Stafford to throw two interceptions.
If the Bengals’ defense puts forth a similar performance this week, I trust the offense to do its part, too.
QB Joe Burrow’s calf injury is improving to the point where he was a full participant at Wednesday’s practice. He has a great shot at turning his 2023 play around considering how the Titans are allowing the fifth-most passing yards (275.3) and seventh-most passing TDs (1.7) per game.
If the Titans can’t figure out how to stop the pass, the floodgates could open
Bengals vs Titans Prediction — Week 4
All signs point to the Bengals winning on Sunday. The Titans just aren’t good enough to back confidently. They aren’t running the ball properly, the passing game is atrocious, and the secondary is giving up way too many opportunities.
Unless Burrow has a setback in practice leading up to this weekend, the Bengals should cover the spread and win this one decisively.
Prediction: Bengals 24, Titans 16
Bengals -2.5 (-115 on SportsBetting)
Bengals vs Titans Player Prop — Week 4
If you’re on the hunt for a Bengals vs. Titans player prop, look no further than a Ja’Marr Chase anytime touchdown.
While he’s yet to find the end zone in 2023, Chase is off to a strong start to the new season, hauling in 22 balls for 211 yards through three games. His scoring luck should change as he faces the Titans, who’ve allowed the fourth-most passing yards and seventh-most touchdowns to wide receivers this year.
As long as Burrow keeps throwing the ball his way, Chase has a good shot at putting six points on the board come Sunday.
Bet: Ja’Marr Chase Anytime Touchdown (+120 on SportsBetting)
