College Gameday is in South Bend, Indiana and rightfully so as the #9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish host the #6 Ohio State Buckeyes.
This Top 10 matchup could potentially feature two College Football Playoff teams, and both of these squads have the caliber to compete for a National Title.
Sam Hartman and Audric Estimé face off against Kyle McCord and Marvin Harrison Jr.
This is a battle for the ages, so let’s break it down.

Top 10 Showdown, Can Irish Defend South Bend?
This is just an incredibly tough game to dive into. You have two electric offenses, stars on both sides, plus two defenses that are in the Top 20 in Opponent’s PPG.
This is going to be a great contest on national television.
With Bovada generously giving me the hook on Notre Dame’s spread, I think that’s where I lean.
I could see plenty of fireworks in this one, with the offenses going back and forth. However, I could also see a hard nosed, gritty football game between two great teams.
The total is very questionable to me, and I’ll stick with the Irish to cover the +3.5.
Although it’s not by much, Notre Dame has played more notable competition than the Buckeyes, they will just need to either contain Marvin Harrison Jr., or find a way to keep up with him on the scoreboard.
The Pick: Notre Dame +3.5 (-115) Bovada
And per usual, sprinkle on the ML (+140) as I think the Irish could pull this upset off at home.
NCAA Football Player Prop Bets
Sam Hartman over 241.5 Passing Yards (-115) Bovada
Hartman has cleared this line in his L10 games, and in 22/28 of his college career.
Now, since he’s been at Notre Dame, he’s played three real games and cleared this line each time. Against North Carolina State, arguably the best opponent they’ve played, Hartman threw the ball 24 times for 286 yards.
Last week, he threw it 26 times for 330 yards.
I think Ohio State’s front 7 will prevent Estimé from running all over the field, plus I expect Notre Dame to have to pass to keep up with the Buckeye’s offense.
The Buckeye’s defense has allowed just 75 rushing yards per game this year, so I think Notre Dame airs it out to secure this win at home.
