Auburn vs #5 Georgia Predictions
After Georgia’s incredible second-half comeback against Alabama, where they trailed 30-7 at halftime, they proved they won’t go down without a fight. Although they came up short in the end, they should have won that game. Georgia outplayed the Crimson Tide in the second half, while Alabama managed to score only 11 points after their explosive first half. Alabama got lucky in the first quarter, putting up 21 points in the blink of an eye. Nine times out of ten, Georgia wins that game.

This week, against Auburn, Georgia will take all their frustrations out on the Tigers. Coming into Saturday as 21.5-point favorites, they should easily dominate an Auburn team that has played every game this season at home. The Tigers sit at 2-3, having lost to Oklahoma last week with a freshman quarterback making his first collegiate start. They’ve also lost to Arkansas by ten and Cal by seven. This team is struggling.
Auburn’s offense is in for a wake-up call on Saturday when they face this Bulldog defense. So far this season, Georgia’s defense has held opponents to under 340 total yards and under 20 points per game. Outside of the Alabama game, the Bulldogs have allowed only 18 points in their first three contests.
The point spread shouldn’t scare you; this is a massive opportunity for the Bulldogs to get back on track at home against Auburn. Expect Georgia to win by 25 or more.
Prediction: Georgia Wins
Best Bet: Georgia (-21.5) on BetOnline
