Two teams with contrasting styles clash as Ole Miss looks to push the pace against Michigan State’s stifling defense. The Rebels have thrived offensively away from home, while the Spartans have relied on disciplined play and elite perimeter defense. With Michigan State riding an impressive hot streak, Ole Miss will try to shake things up early.

#6 Ole Miss vs #2 Michigan State Best Bet
The Race to props have been good to us, but how much longer can they continue? Who cares! We are having fun!
Later this week, we are going right back to another underdog, taking the Ole Miss Rebels to reach 20 points before the Michigan State Spartans.
Ole Miss will want to get this game going early—they rank in the top 150 in pace. Meanwhile, the Spartans sit in the middle of the pack within the top 250. Since February 1st, away from home, the Rebels have had a top-30 offense and a top-40 defense. They have excelled at getting to the line, protecting the basketball, and making threes efficiently. Ole Miss ranks 251st in three-point rate but sits in the top 100 in three-point percentage.
Yes, Michigan State has one of the best defenses in the country and will play exceptional perimeter defense. However, their offense has weak spots. Since February 1st, away from home, they rank 264th in two-point percentage. The Spartans also do not take many threes, ranking 323rd in three-point rate, though they are top 150 in three-point percentage.
On top of that, the Spartans have essentially played perfect basketball for a month straight. Since their loss to the Hoosiers on February 11th, they have won and covered the spread in 10 of their last 11 games. Regression is due, even for a team of this caliber. I see the Rebels coming out hot, looking to grab an early lead on the Spartans.
