The 8th and final seed in the Western conference playoff picture will be decided tonight in Minnesota as Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves host Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
It is all on the line as it is win and you book a date with the Denver Nuggets for the first round of the NBA playoffs.
Lose and you’re season is over.
Both play in games should be MUST SEE TV. The first Play-in elimination game tips off at 7:00 EST as the Bulls look to steal a win in Miami before the night is capped off with this one in Minnesota.

It is all to play for tonight in Target Center as the 10th place Thunder look to spoil the Timberwolves party and snatch the last playoff spot in the West.
The Thunder shocked many by knocking off the Pelicans in the first play-in game, 123-118.
Superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was stellar, but the star of the show was PG Josh Giddey. Giddey put up 31 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists, leading the Thunder to a huge victory on the road.
Gilgeous-Alexander added a cool 32 points as well to help lead the Thunder to a massive win and give them a chance to make their first playoff appaearance since 2019.
Both guards will have to be stellar once again and I expect the young guns to rise to the occasion against the Wolves.
Minnesota lost a heartbreaker to the Lakers in overtime, 108-102, but had plenty to feel good about and roll into this game tonight.
Karl Anthony Towns was fantastic, dropping 24 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Anthony Edwards on the other hand struggled, only managing 9 points and shooting 3-17 from the field.
Both studs are going to have to be big time tonight to fend off the surging Thunder and clinch the last playoff spot for the Wolves.
In what should be a battle all night long, I love the Thunder to cover here and possibly even win outright.
I love this team and they match up really well with the Wolves. SGA and Giddey will have their chance to dominate and if they take them, they will have a date with Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets in the first round.

Giddey was sensational last game, putting up a near triple double, grabbing 9 rebounds and bagging 10 assists.
The Thunder will lean heavily on the 20 year old Aussie once again tonight and he has been awesome when he has played the Wolves.
He hit his RA in 2 straight games versus the Wolves and has 10+ rebounds in 3 of his last 4 versus Minnesota.
I love Giddey to do a bit of everything once again tonight and flirt with a triple double again. His TD is worth a sprinkle as well.
