Let the games begin in Denver tonight as the 2 time MVP Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets begin their quest towards an elusive NBA championship.

Jokic led the Nuggets to the top seed in the West, while averaging a Triple Double and helping Denver win 53 games.

This playoffs, Jokic has a chance to quiet one of his only crticisms, his lack of titles.

If Jokic can dominate in the playoffs like he did in the regular season, the Nuggets could have a chance to run through the field in the West and capture that elusive Title.

Their first test is the pesky Timberwolves, fresh off of a dominating win in the Play-in Game versus the Thunder.

The Wolves come into the playoffs capable of doing some damage, if they can find a bit of consistency.

Karl-Anthony Towns was fantastic in the Play-in games, leading the Wolves into this series and will look to pick up right where he left off. KAT dropped 28 points in that huge win against OKC and has averaged 25 points and 10 rebounds per game over the Wolves last 5 crucial games.

I like that success to continue tonight in Denver, and help the Wolves hang around in this matchup.

The Nuggets should handle their business and walk away with the win to go up 1-0 in the series, but the Wolves should keep things tight.

Give me the Wolves to cover and hang around in Ball Arena tonight!

He has carried this Wolves team the last 5 games and I don’t see that slowing down tonight.

Either way, this is a good matchup for KAT and he looks healthy and aggressive right now.
