Knicks vs Suns NBA Betting Predictions & Picks (11/20)
Tonight’s looming showdown is a tale between two NBA franchises heading in opposite directions.
When it comes to the Knicks, it looks like they’ve finally turned a corner following a slow start to the campaign. Not only are they 4-1 SU in their last five games, but the Knicks also extended their win streak to three outings with Monday’s lopsided 134-106 victory over the Washington Wizards. Having said that, New York’s latest success has come at home and time will tell if it can bring its momentum to the road, where it’s 1-3 SU across its last four away matchups.
As for the Suns, they began the week with a 109-99 loss, marking their fourth consecutive defeat and the fifth in their last six outings. An anemic offense has been the main cause of the Suns’ recent woes as they’re only averaging 100.8 points on .409/.316/.726 shooting splits amid their four-game slide.
Playing at home might not even mean much given that the Suns are 0-5 ATS in their last five outings at Footprint Center. The Knicks certainly haven’t been perfect in a visiting role this season, however, they’re still 3-4 ATS on the road thus far.
Can the Knicks capitalize on the Suns’ recent home struggles?
The Suns’ offensive woes likely won’t improve due to their injury situation. Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal have been ruled out of Wednesday’s contest with calf injuries while Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) is expected to be a game-time decision. Considering how the trio is averaging a combined 57.1 PPG this season, it’s easy to see why Phoenix might struggle to score again tonight.
The Knicks are banged up too, though. Miles McBride (knee) and Precious Achiuwa (hamstring) both won’t be in the lineup while Kevin McCullar Jr. (knee) and Mitchell Robinson (ankle) still aren’t ready to return from their respective injuries.
I’m not going to overthink things tonight: the Knicks will win this matchup. Momentum is on their side and now they’re facing the Suns, who are struggling to score more than any other team in the Association. Unless Devin Booker can shoulder the load on his own with a career performance, I doubt that the Suns stand a chance tonight.
Let’s take the Knicks to win by multiple possessions and move on.

Best Knicks vs Suns NBA Player Prop (11/20)
Let’s have some fun by going with Tyus Jones o12.5 points (+104) as tonight’s best Knicks vs. Suns player prop bet.
With injuries piling up on his team, Jones has stepped up offensively in recent weeks. The ex-Duke product is averaging 13.6 points on .439/.388/.667 splits in his last seven games, finishing with the Over on this prop four times during that stretch. He’s finished with 13-plus points in each of his last two outings, including when he dropped 18 points in 32 minutes of action against the Magic on Monday.
After the Knicks surrendered 18 points to Wizards rookie PG Carlton Carrington earlier this week, I have a good feeling about Jones finishing with the Over for the third consecutive outing.
Best Knicks vs. Suns Player Prop: Tyus Jones o12.5 Points (+104)
