As the NBA All-Star break approaches, the Miami Heat are in need of a turnaround. Will that start tonight against the Sacramento Kings (7:30 pm ET)?
The Heat (24-23, 12-11 home) have lost four straight home games and seven straight games overall, and with eight games remaining before the All-Star break, the reigning Eastern Conference champions are now eighth in the conference standings.
Tonight, they welcome the Kings (27-18, 13-10 away) to the Kaseya Center. Sacramento makes the trip to Miami with four consecutive wins under their belt, the last three coming on the road, and they are looking to win five or more games for the second time this season.

Sacramento Kings vs Miami Heat Prediction and Picks
Kings vs Heat Betting Analysis and Prediction
This season, the Heat are 12-6 SU and 8-10 ATS as a home favorite, but those numbers are currently on a downturn with their losing skid, which reached seven straight games with Monday’s loss to the Suns.
They are 2-2 SU and 1-3 ATS as a home favorite against Western Conference teams and 6-8 SU and 5-9 ATS overall against Western Conference opposition this season, while the Kings are 0-1 SU and 1-0 as a home underdog against Eastern Conference teams and 9-5 SU and 8-6 ATS against Eastern Conference teams.
Over their last 10 games, the Kings are 6-4 SU and 6-3-1 ATS, and in that stretch, they are 5-3 SU and 5-2-1 ATS on the road.
Prediction: Kings to cover and win

Tyler Herro (Heat) under 19.5 points (-114 at BetOnline)
Herro has had a healthy month, but he has not had a productive month compared to the numbers he put up from October to December.
In his first 14 games this season, Herro averaged 24.2 PPG and scored 20 or more points 12 times. But in 14 games in January, he has averaged 18.7 PPG and scored 20 or more points only five times.
Entering tonight’s game, Herro has scored fewer than 20 points in each of his last five games.
It is worth noting, however, that he has hit four or more threes 10 times this month, so there is a lot of value in backing him to make over 3.5 threes tonight (-120 at Bovada).
Domantas Sabonis (Kings) over 21.5 rebounds + assists (-110 at Bovada)
Sabonis is averaging 13.0 rebounds per game and 7.9 assists per game overall this season, but against Eastern Conference teams, he is averaging 13.7 RPG and 9.2 APG in 14 games, compared to 12.6 RPG and 7.3 APG in 31 games against Western Conference teams.
In his most recent game against an Eastern Conference foe, Sabonis had 21 points and six rebounds against the Hawks nine days ago.
Harrison Barnes (Kings) over 13.5 points (-120 at BetOnline) and 2.5 made threes (+120 at BetOnline and Bovada)
Barnes didn’t shoot well against the Grizzlies on Monday, making 5 of 15 shots (2 of 10 3PT) on the way to scoring only 12 points after scoring 32, 39, and 20 in his previous three games.
I look for him to have a better game tonight. Wednesdays are one of his best days of the week (15.1 PPG and 3.0 made threes per game in nine Wednesday games this season), and he is averaging more points per game on the road (12.5 PPG) than at home (11.3 PPG).
Also, of the 15 times he has scored 14 or more points this season, he has made three or more three-pointers 11 times.
