After taking down two of the NBA’s best teams on the road, the Utah Jazz are looking to topple another top team tonight, this time at home, as Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets visit the Delta Center (10:00 pm ET, ESPN).
The Jazz (19-20, 11-5 home) may be 11th in the Western Conference, but they are on the rise thanks to eight wins in their last ten games.
The two most recent victories are about as impressive as they come.
Saturday, the Jazz went into the City of Brotherly Love and made themselves at home in a 120-109 win over the Philadelphia 76ers. They then followed that up by going into Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee and taking down the Bucks 132-116, jumping out to a 31-point halftime lead and surviving the inevitable rally by Giannis and the Bucks.
Can they keep it up back in Salt Lake City? The Jazz are on fire at home with five straight wins and eight wins in their last nine games, but the Nuggets have won six straight road games and now have one of the best road records in the NBA after dealing with some struggles away from home in the first month and a half of the season.

Denver Nuggets vs Utah Jazz Betting Analysis and Prediction
After a 111-102 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on December 6, the Nuggets were 5-8 SU and 3-10 ATS on the road.
Since then, their fortunes have improved on the road. And it’s no coincidence that most of that success has come with Jamal Murray on the court.
Murray missed most of November, and in that period, the Nuggets were just 2-5 SU and 1-6 ATS on the road. Overall, the Nuggets are 4-6 SU and 3-7 ATS on the road without Murray and 7-2 SU and 4-5 ATS with him, with the lone SU losses coming to the Minnesota Timberwolves on November 1 and the Clippers on December 6.
That said, the Jazz are looking rather formidable right now, and the numbers back it up. Along with being 8-2 SU in their last ten games and riding five straight home wins, the Jazz are 8-2 ATS in their last ten games and 4-1 ATS in their last five home games. Even if Denver does happen to leave the Delta Center with the dub—which I think they will—Utah should at least cover what feels like a sizable spread given how well they have been playing as of late, especially at home.
Best Player Props for Nuggets vs Jazz
All picks listed below are courtesy of BetOnline unless otherwise noted. Bet these plays there and get a 100% BONUS on your first cryptocurrency deposit.
Nikola Jokic over 24.5 points (-124): In Sunday’s win over the Pistons, Jokic took only three shots in 25 minutes (he made two of them) and scored only four points. It’s not as if he had a bad game, however, as he contributed 16 assists, seven rebounds, and five blocks.
Still, look for a much, much more productive night from the two-time NBA MVP tonight.
In the four previous instances this season in which he scored fewer than 15 points, Jokic scored 30, 26, 31, and 34 points.
Lauri Markkanen over 30.5 points + rebounds + assists (-126): Markkanen has had over 30.5 points + rebounds + assists 17 times in 28 games this season, including each of his last two games. When the Jazz met the Nuggets in Denver on October 30, Markkanen had 27 points (10 of 24 FG, 5 of 13 3PT, 2 of 2 FT), 14 rebounds, and five assists.
Jordan Clarkson over 4.5 assists (-130 at BetOnline and Bovada): Clarkson had six assists against the Sixers and followed that by dropping another half-dozen dimes against the Bucks, and he has had five or more assists 20 times in 28 games this season, including nine times in a dozen home games. In the previous meeting with the Nuggets, he had six assists.
