See Picks & Statistics For The GameThe Braves and Red Sox face off at Fenway Park for the final game of this series. Just a two game stand, the Red Sox smacked Atlanta at home last night by a score of 7-1.
After falling down 1-0 in the top of the 1st, the Red Sox led 2-1 by the time the Braves batted for a second time. After 7 unanswered runs, Boston walked away victorious.
Tonight we get two studs on the mound as Spencer Strider takes on Brayan Bello.
Both posting sub 4 ERAs, and a sub 1.25 WHIP, I highly expect we get a to see these guys deal it out tonight.
Let’s break down today’s matchup!
Braves vs Red Sox Game Information
On national television tonight, we get to see two exciting teams and two great pitchers.
Although the Red Sox are 4th in the AL East, they are 54-47 overall, and 29-23 at home.
The Braves are running away with the National League, and lead their division by 11 games over the Phillies. Atlanta is 32-16 on the road, but they are only 4-6 since the All Star Break.
The teams split two games in Atlanta in early May, and today ends their season series.
Will the Red Sox come out with a win at home? Or will Atlanta snap out of it and secure the victory?

Braves vs Red Sox Prediction & Best Bets
We’ve got two great pitchers, but also two great offenses as well.
Both rank in the Top 5 in runs per game, putting up over 5, and they are both tied for 2nd in the league putting 9.1 hits per game.
Tonight is a true battle of pitcher against batter, and I’m all here for it.
Although I lean with the Braves, I’d rather put my money on some player props, so let’s get to it!
Player Props
Brayan Bello over 4.5 Strikeouts (-106) BetOnline
Bello has cleared this line in 11 of 16 starts this year, and 7 of his 9 starts at Fenway.
Atlanta doesn’t strikeout a ton against righties, but they have been doing so more frequently over the past month.
Bello has seen multiple hitters on this Braves team a few times and has struck out several including Rosario, Murphy, Albies and Arcia.
He’s also made it 7 innings in three straight outings, so I think he will have plenty of time to get us 5 Ks.
Triston Casas over 0.5 Hit (-148) Bovada
This young lefty is lights out right now.
He’s had a hit in four straight games and 9 out of 10 since the break. Casas gets a hit in 56% of games at Fenway park this year.
At Fenway, he has a hit in six straight games, and 20 total bases in that stretch.
Casas bats .264 against right handed pitchers, and I think he could get lucky and knock one off of Strider, and thankfully one is all we need.
In three games against Atlanta, he has a single and a home run in the last two contests.
Don’t be afraid, pay the juiceman, and cash with me when Triston gets a single.
