- #4 JUDY'S WAY (3-1) goes out for the Silva barn and gets Bejarano in the saddle.
- #3 LADY EMILY (2-1) has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.

- #8 GIROOVIN (15-1) goes out for the Garcia barn and gets Morales in the irons. The field lacks proven winners so it is worth a bit of a shot.
- #2 MO SATURDAYS (3-1) should improve off the first start and has the pedigree to be a major player in this spot. This one will be rolling late and has a good closing kick that could get the job done here.
- #7 HIT SHOW (5-2) debuts here and has to be respected going out for the combination of Cox and Geroux.
- #3 BACKSIDE BUZZ (20-1) could be a dangerous threat to get loose on the front end.

- #6 NUMERO SEIS (20-1) is a price horse and has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.
