Artie Schiller, Winter Memories Headline Aqueduct Sunday

The threat of rain forced Aqueduct to move the Artie Schiller stakes to join the Winter Memories. Both will now be run on Sunday’s card from the Big A.

Aqueduct- Race 1

Post: 12:20 PM ET; $70k Maiden Special Weight going 7 furlongs on dirt; Entries: 8

• #3 BOURBON CHASE (9-5) should improve off the first start and gets the top selection. He has to be respected going out for the combination of Pletcher and Ortiz.
• #2 UNCLE MARTY (4-1) feels like a fringe contender in this spot. He goes out for the Rice barn and gets Ortiz in the irons. This one looks to be the class of the field.
• #7 WANNA WINNA (4-1) doesn’t need to improve much off the debut to run a winning race here.
• #4 DRAKE'S PASSAGE (5-1) goes out 2nd time for the Clement barn and gets Trevor Mccarthy in the irons.

• #1 VALLARAND (9-5) is the top pick. She comes into the race in really good form. This one has the top overall power rating in the group.
• #5 TRADE SECRET (2-1) seems to fit perfectly with this group of runners.
• #2 MY FIRST LOVE (6-1) is probably best to put underneath on most tickets. She has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts. This one goes out for the Farro barn and gets Castellano in the irons.
• #8 PONCHO SONG (15-1) shouldn't have trouble with the 1 mile distance. This one has been really solid in recent starts and should be ready to run a big one here.

• #6 SPEAKS FOR ITSELF (3-5) should improve off the first start and looks best here. The debut performance would be plenty good here.
• #1 VIOLENT VIXEN (8-1) seems to fit well enough here. This one has the top overall power rating in the group.
• #5 TO A T (5-1) appears to be a major player in this race. She runs evenly and looks to get a very fair pace scenario here. This one shouldn't have trouble with the 6 1/2 furlong distance.
• #8 CHASING CARA (12-1) is a price horse and comes into the race in really good form. This one seems to fit well enough here.

• #8 FROMANOTHAMUTHA (5-1) gets the top selection. He has the top overall power rating in the group. This one goes out for the Handal barn and gets Davis in the irons.
• #5 MO REWARDS (7-2) could be in with a shot in this race. He looks to be the class of the field.
• #6 SIR JOHN (10-1) is a price horse and isn't without hope. He has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.
• #7 TWO DOWN (10-1) is a price horse and has been running against some really top class runners.

• #4 ON THE HILL (2-1) is the top pick. He seems to fit this group well. This one goes out for the Bond barn and gets Castellano in the irons.
• #8 BOLD JOURNEY (7-2) appears to be a major player in this race. He makes sense on speed figures.
• #1 STORM SHOOTER (5-1) classes up well enough against these runners though he seems like more of fringe contender here.
• #6 DISCO DEANO (6-1) is probably best to put underneath on most tickets. He goes out for the Ferraro barn and gets Worrie in the irons.

• #5 EMINENT VICTOR (5-2) has the top overall power rating in the group. This one will likely have a lot to do in the lane, but could get up with a competitive run.
• #2 SPIRIT AND GLORY (6-1) appears to be a major player in this race. This one will likely have a lot to do in the lane, but could get up with a competitive run.

• #2 MAKART (5-1) is probably best to put underneath on most tickets. He projects to sit mid pack and come with one run.
• #3 HERONEANDONLY (10-1) is a price horse and has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts. This one should be part of the early pace in this spot.
