Turf season is reaching its end on the New York circuit. Saturday’s Aqueduct card features two turf stakes including the grade 2 Hill Prince Stakes.
Full Card Analysis
Aqueduct Race Course- 1
Post: 11:50 AM ET; $70k Maiden Special Weight going 6 1/2 f on dirt; Entries: 10
- #9 Six Fortyfive (6-1): Should improve off the first start and gets the top selection. Dangerous threat to get loose on the front end. Atras and Franco add credibility.
- #8 Rob the Bank (8-1): Fringe contender proven to handle these conditions in previous starts.
- #6 Big Prankster (5-2): Should improve off the first start, well-bred for this spot. Solid early pace figures in a race lacking front-running speed.
- #3 In a Minute (10-1): Price horse and a viable option for exotic bets. Probably best to put underneath on most tickets.

- #4 Kid Billy (3-1): Should improve off the first start and feels like a fringe contender. Shouldn’t have trouble with the distance.
- #1 Engineer Empire (5-2): Fringe contender proven to handle these conditions in previous starts.

- #5 Dot’s Dollar (2-1): Looks best here, shouldn’t have trouble with the distance. Solid recent performances.
- #8 Mi Tres Por Ciento (8-1): Hopeful contender with consistent pace figures. Likely to be in the first flight and in with a chance late.
- #4 Mr Phil (4-1): Probably best to put underneath on most tickets. Makes sense on speed figures.
- #7 Chateau (8-1): Likely to be part of the early pace. Has consistent pace figures in a moderately paced race.

- #2 Bonne Chance (6-1): Fringe contender, makes sense on speed figures.
- #7 Perliano (10-1): Price horse and a competitive option under Atras and Rosario.
