MLS Saturday’s are back and here to stay! Look, we’ve been on a skid, I’m not going to lie. After starting off hitting over 80% of our MLS bets for the first 24 picks of the season, we sit at just over 60% now, up roughly 10 units on the year. We’ve come down from our peak, but it’s time to get things back on track with some Saturday action on the pitch today. Here’s how we stand over the course of the season so far, and then we will get into some best bets.

Major League Soccer: Saturday’s Predictions May 31
Inter Miami vs Columbus Crew Best Bets

Will Inter Miami step up against the Columbus Crew at home?
Best Bet: Miami/Columbus Under 3.5 (-115) BetOnline
We backed Inter Miami on Wednesday in a high scoring affair with Montreal, beating them 4-2 at home. Now they face off against a very tough opponent whom they have already beaten on the road. Inter Miami took down the Columbus Crew by a score of 1-0 in Ohio early in April.
Nearly a month later, the two squads meet up in the Sunshine State. I was worried Inter Miami may have been looking ahead to this weekend contest, but they were focused against Montreal and got themselves a big win. Can they rally the troops for another exciting victory at home?
Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez have both played 90 minutes in four straight matches for Miami. While I could see both of them sitting this contest, I think we see a low scoring contest no matter what. The Crew are injured and starting their back up goal tender. Defense will certainly be a focus for them on the road, trying to keep this as low scoring as possible. They did a great job of limited the Miami attack when they came to town, now on the road, it’s a much tougher task, but I think they are capable. Especially with the Crew on their recent slump, one point is more than a victory for them in this contest.
They do not want the Inter Miami floodgates to open, which could lead to 2-3 goals extremely quickly. Give me the under as both teams respect each other too much to play overly aggressive.
Prediction: 1-1 Draw (+725)
Orlando City vs Chicago Fire Best Bets

Back Orlando City at home against the Chicago Fire
Best Bets: Orlando City ML(-150) BetOnline
Don’t be afraid, pay that juiceman. Orlando City is cruising, especially at home, staying unbeaten in their last seven on their own turf. They already drew with the Chicago Fire in scoreless fashion earlier this year on the road, now they’ll want to get three points at home against an inferior opponent.
Chicago has held their own, but not necessarily on the road against good competition. The Fire are coming off a 3-1 loss to NYCFC on the road. Prior to that they beat Charlotte 4-1, but lost at Nashville 7-2 and to the Red Bulls 2-1. Orlando City is ready to make a run in the Eastern Conference, and this starts by taking down a bad opponent at home. They do not want to giveaway three easy points against this Fire team. Chicago played a majority of their first match a man down, and Orlando was still not able to find a winner. They’ll be kicking themselves for leaving points on the table in that contest, and they won’t let it happen again.
Today I think they come out very aggressive, looking for three points at home.
Prediction: Orlando City Wins 3-0 (+1100)
